1. SERVICE DISCLAIMER

Legal Dash provides document preparation and filing assistance only. We are not attorneys and cannot:

  • Provide legal advice
  • Represent clients in court
  • Guarantee legal outcomes

Our role is strictly administrative, helping clients complete, prepare, and file legal documents based on the information provided.

For legal guidance, case strategy, or representation, please consult a licensed attorney.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Full payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Online Transfers, and Approved Payment Platforms.
  • No Refunds: All payments are final. However, at Legal Dash’s sole discretion, a credit may be issued toward future services.
  • Credit Expiry: Any issued credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • Chargeback & Disputes: Clients must contact Legal Dash first at info@legal-dash.net before initiating any chargeback disputes.

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION POLICY

  • Clients and Dashers must ensure all uploaded documents are accurate, legible, and complete.
  • Documents must be uploaded one at a time via the designated secure upload portal.
  • Only documents relevant to the requested service will be accepted.
  • Legal Dash is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect client-provided information.

TURNAROUND TIME & SERVICE DELIVERY

  • Standard processing times vary depending on the complexity of the service.
  • Estimated completion times will be provided before work begins.
  • Expedited services may be available for an additional fee upon request.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions may result in extended processing times.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA SECURITY

  • All documents and personal information provided to Legal Dash are handled with strict confidentiality.
  • We comply with applicable data protection laws and take security measures to protect client information.
  • All document submissions must go through our secure upload portal.
  • Legal Dash is not responsible for security risks associated with email, third-party apps, or unsecured transmission methods.
  • Legal Dash does not share or sell client data unless required by law.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Legal Dash provides assistance with:
✔️ Document preparation and filing support
✔️ Administrative guidance on document requirements
✔️ Process service coordination (where applicable)
✔️ Helping Pro Se Filers navigate legal paperwork and filing procedures

 

🚫 We DO NOT:
❌ Offer legal advice or representation
❌ Provide legal strategies or case guidance
❌ Draft custom legal arguments beyond document preparation

For legal representation, clients must seek a licensed attorney.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once work has commenced, no cancellations will be permitted.
  • If work has not started, a written cancellation request must be sent to info@legal-dash.net.
  • Partial credits may be issued at Legal Dash’s discretion if work has not begun.
  • If a client fails to submit required documents within 30 days of payment, the order may be considered abandoned and canceled without refund.

  • Clients are responsible for checking their email and portal for updates.

  • Legal Dash is not responsible for missed deadlines due to client delays in responding to requests.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any service-related disputes must be submitted in writing to info@legal-dash.net within 7 days of service completion.
  • Legal Dash will review and respond to disputes within 5 business days.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may proceed to mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.

POLICY UPDATES & CHANGES

  • Legal Dash reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or the company website at least 7 days in advance.
  • Continued use of Legal Dash services constitutes acceptance of these policies.
