Payment Policy
- All payments must be made in full before services are rendered.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, online transfers, and other approved methods.
- No Refunds: All payments are final. In some cases, a credit may be issued at the company’s sole discretion for future services.
Document Submission Policy
- Clients and Dashers must ensure that all uploaded documents are accurate, legible, and complete.
- Documents must be uploaded one at a time through the designated upload portal.
- Only documents relevant to the requested service will be accepted.
Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the service. Clients will be informed of estimated timelines upon payment.
- Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions may result in extended processing times.
Confidentiality and Data Security
- All documents and personal information provided are handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Legal Dash is not responsible for the security of documents transmitted outside our upload portal.
Scope of Services
- Legal Dash offers assistance with document preparation, filing, and related administrative tasks.
- We do not provide legal advice, strategy, or representation in any capacity.
Cancellation Policy
- Once work has commenced, no cancellations will be permitted.
- In cases where work has not begun, cancellations may be approved, and a partial credit may be issued.
Communication Policy
- All communication regarding services must be conducted through official company channels, including email, phone, or the client portal.
- The company is not responsible for missed deadlines due to delays in client responses.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding services must be submitted in writing to info@legal-dash.net.
- Legal Dash will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly, but all decisions regarding credits or adjustments are final and at the company's discretion.
