Payment Policy

• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, online transfers, and other approved methods.
• No Refunds: All payments are final. In some cases, a credit may be issued at the company’s sole discretion for future services.

• Clients and Dashers must ensure that all uploaded documents are accurate, legible, and complete.
• Documents must be uploaded one at a time through the designated upload portal.
• Only documents relevant to the requested service will be accepted.

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the service. Clients will be informed of estimated timelines upon payment.
• Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client submissions may result in extended processing times.

Confidentiality and Data Security

• All documents and personal information provided are handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Legal Dash is not responsible for the security of documents transmitted outside our upload portal.

Scope of Services

Cancellation Policy

• Once work has commenced, no cancellations will be permitted.
• In cases where work has not begun, cancellations may be approved, and a partial credit may be issued.

• The company is not responsible for missed deadlines due to delays in client responses.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding services must be submitted in writing to info@legal-dash.net.
• Legal Dash will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly, but all decisions regarding credits or adjustments are final and at the company's discretion.
